You wake up in a place that should not exist—an abandoned medical complex swallowed by darkness, silence, and the lingering smell of something gone terribly wrong. You don’t remember how you got here. You only know one thing: you are not alone.
Specimen Zero is a first-person survival horror game where you must escape a sprawling, maze-like research facility while being hunted by a twisted experiment set loose in the shadows. Explore rotting hallways, locked wards, hidden laboratories, and underground tunnels as you search for clues, tools, and escape routes. Every door you open might reveal safety… or the thing that’s stalking you.
Move quietly, manage your limited resources, and solve environmental puzzles to uncover what the scientists were creating—and why it wants you. The creature learns, listens, and reacts, turning even the smallest mistake into a deadly chase.
Play alone for a tense, isolating experience, or team up with friends in multiplayer to survive together—though cooperation may be the only thing between escape and becoming the next experiment.
